W. at 2: 00 P. M. , Thursday, August 21, 1969. This will be a very significant meeting for CACUR, as a number of important matters will be considered and acted upon. These will include the following: 1. Analysis of the West End Urban Renewal Project. 2. Bivens Report on revision of purpose and organization of CACUR, (to include designation of Sub-committees). 3. Adoption of new candidates list for membership. 4. Creation of new Executive Committee (from proposed list and old names). 5. Proposal of staggered-.terms for membership (to be presented to the Mayor of personnel selected for above). 6. Adoption of new Budget. If members have other matters which they would l ike to have taken up at this meeting, please advise me in sufficiant time to include them in the Agenda. This will be the last meeting· of the Executive Committee before our next full membership meeting in September. We look forward to h aving you meet with us on August 21.
