Invite Bankers, Savings and Loan Association Officials and Real Estate Brokers. 2. Promote construction of new housing inside City Limits - Homes $20,000 and up. Apartments $150 and above. 3. How can neighborhoods in jeopardy be saved. 4. Develop a Program (together with Public Relations Panel) encouraging people to live in the City. 5. Submit proposed plan with recommendations to HRC within 30 - 60 days. �
