Sponsor meeting with HRC of Candidates for Mayor. b. Preparation of material for distribution to candidates. c. Consider special meetings in Evenings One for Mayor Candidates One for Candidates for Aldermen 6. Prepare proposed program for remainder of year and recommendations for submittal to HRC within 30 - 60 days.
