Your letter informs these two employees that "you are alleged to have violated the Code of Ethics - - -". Mr. Pattillo and Mr. Latham he rein requests that they be informed of the specific violations that were the bas is of their termina tion and discharge as employees of the City of Atlanta. Mr. Pattillo and Mr. Latham were not informed or furnished with copies of the Code of Ethics for officials and employees of the City of Atlanta.
