The three major Gontractors sele cted for Phase I of the experiment submitted their findings OH June 15. Review of these submissions has now begun . As a res ult of this r ev iew the Department wi ll select a prime contractor and the cities in which to locate th e experime nts. I will be pleased to advis e you when a final decision has been reached.
