Equitable has made $ 1,000,000 available to Atlanta Mor tgage Brokerage Co ., Interest is increasing in d evelopment of home-ownership housing. f or financing low-cost homes at fav orable rates. D. I n vie w o f difficulties encountered in zoning and getting other approvals on sites proposed for large multi-family developments, it is apparent that the Low-income Housing Program wil l have to lean heavily on Develop ers and Builders provid ing a sub s t2ntial poJ~tion of the requirement on small sc at te r ed sites, both Conventionally and Federal assisted.
