Th i s will be another joint meeting with the newly established Coordination Group composed of Heads of other Departments and Agencies ir.volved in connection with the Low-income Housing Program. As you of course already realize, we are still in a critical phase of the Low-income Housing Progra; and are seeking ways and means of resolving the difficulties confronting the program, the greatest of which is land.
