White: This is in reply to your letter of May 14, 1969, respecting interpretation of a provision of the plumbing code of the City of Atlanta. You point out in your letter that Section 114, covering the provision in question , was revised some time ago and that , as presently orded , the section is verbatim from the Southern Standard Flumbing Code . According to your letter the question revolvtSs around the interpr tation of that section as applied in practice in that wiped lead tubs are still required on all floors above grade by the Plumbing Division of the City of Atlanta .
