We in Riverside are seeking ideas to establish guidelines for our own newly formed Coalition. I would appreciate it very much if you would send us the following · information: 1. Have you prepared a budget? If so, what are the items you have included and what is your source of money? 2. Do you have a Human or Community Relations Council as a part o f city government?
