E. • In accordance with a Court Order in 1964, the upper floor of the building at the above location was vacated and boarded up and the unused portion of the first floor was also boarded up. There are now two businesses occupying the first floor, a barber shop and a restaurant. The present owner is now listed as The Exposition Company, and Mr. Emory Cocke is treasurer of this company. In view of the time lapse since the last Court Order I am directing Mr. C. L. Milton, Codes Compliance Officer, to bring the matter back into Court to see if further determination can be made concerning this property. • �
