All of us are anxious for actual physical action to begin and if we can sustain the enthusiam and dedication that has been shown in the planning phase, we will be assured of a successful program. We must demonstrate Atlanta• s ability to build the type community in which families can live and work with all the opportunities and advantages an urban environment can provide. And then we must transfer what we have learned and produced in the Model Cities area. to all neighborhoods of the City. \ �
