OFFICE OF CLERK OF BOi.RD OF ALDERMEN CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA A RESOLUTION BY ZONING COMMITTEE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Atlanta as follows: 1. That within any territory hereafter annexed to the City of Atlanta, zoning designations as established and use permits, as approved by Fulton County prior to January 1, 1967, will be honored by the City of Atlanta and will remain in effect. 2. That a ny law f ul use of property permitted under the zoning regulations of Fulton County and existing on Janu ary 1, 1967, may continue in effect after annexation.
