I have found -chat at least 10 of the 17 automobiles in the Old Municipal Auditorium parking lot are not owned by City of Atlanta employees. Of these 10, at least 2 are known to be Georgia State students registered this quarter. They are: v(l) _____, A~(2) Mr. William E.
