The information presented was con cise and to the point with pertinent statistics to back your · conclusions. · I am seriously taking into con s ideration several of your recommendations, as I feel th a t they are in line with pro grams and policies needed on our golf course s . I am most interested in your recomme nd~tion to establish a nonresident g re e n fee. Golf courses cater to a special inter es t group within our parks system and should, there~ fore, help defray th e cost in ma intaining and improving these facilities, especially when they do not contribute to the tax burden of the City.
