Williams: Enclosed you will find the internship proposal for Mrs. Careatha Daniels whom we would like to have as an intern for the Fall Quarter . Mrs . Daniels has indicated that she will be enrolled full time as a student at Georgia State College. We are requesting that she work 15 hours per week and we will arrange t he hours around her class schedule. Mrs. Daniels' work has been very satisfactory and we hope that the experience has been beneficial to her. Her responsibilities this Fall Quarter will be the same as this Summer Quarter . Her primary responsibility will involve interviewing patients with regard to their interest in fa.~ily planning services . Mrs. Daniels has indicated an interest and willingness to work in this assignment if the internship i s approved. If she is not available we might consider another intern but we prefer Mrs . Daniels. Our agency is prepared to pay $119.00 which represents 2Cf'/o of the cost for the period from September 29, 1969 to December 19, 1969 . We hope this internship will be approved.
