As you will note, the only changes from the original draft are contained in Section 2 where a control feature has been incorporated to provide for payment of a sum less than the total amount of $1,000oOO if for some reas on any of the Educational Advisors fails to render services for the entire period contemplated by the Urban Corps. This modification wa s coordinated with Inman Dean of the Urban Corps who advises that it is satisfactory both to the Urban Corps and the individuals who have a greed to become Educational Advisors for the current year.
