Presi dent Johnson , Vioe Presi dent Humphrey , and Attorney General Kat zenbach made it abundantly clear at both neetings that the Johnsen Administration was ccmnitted and dedicated in not only giving the A'Uerican Negro all the rights and privileges of f i rst cl ass citizenship , but t o also give them eve:ry possibl e assistanoe in obtaining these rights . '!here were only a few hundred people attending the planning sessi on , but about 2500 attended the general session last week.
