The r e is one comment I wo uld l ike t o make regarding t he traff i c officer involved in the i ncident. Officer Penrod was very courte ous and rather apologetic that it was necessary to take such acti on, but a s I mentioned before, he was only doing his sworn duty . Thi s offi cer is i ndeed a gentl eman and a credi t to his department . I cannot say it has been a pleasure doing business with him, however, s i nce he has ticketed me several times for ove r time parking, and each time I have been guil ty . But, it i s gratifying to know that this officer is so conscientious .
