I have talked to Mr. Sonoborn concerning the details of the meeting and he suggested that Mr. Baxter be invited. 4. As I understand a press conference has been requested. I would suggest that this be ~cheduled around 10:00, prior to the flight. 5. I have been in contact with the pilot and we are to make detailed flight plans on the 23rd. �
