I do not wish to commit the County to accept half of the appraised value of the Adamsville Health Center. This should be worked out as all of us want the City to have the property. The County Commission authorized you and the City to make such inspection, appraisal, and other uses of the property as you deem necessary. We should keep in mind that the property should b e protected at all times against vandalism, and I am sure the City will cooperate.
