Atlanta, Georgia 30308 Re: Atlanta Stadium Dear Arthur: During our regular progress meeting this morning we discussed the need for some sort of commemorative plaque which would list the names of those responsible for the Stadium. This could take the form of a bronze plaque mounted on a stone base located between the two center flag poles at the Capitol Street entrance. We will be glad to work up an appropriate design if you desire. It will be necessary for the Stadium Authority to decide upon the text of the plaque including the names of individuals and organizations to be included. Since considerable time is required to cast such a plaque and since necessary foundations can best be provided before the concourse slab is poured, we suggest that appropriate action be taken as soon as possible.
