You will note that the federal cash requested is in excess of $1,300,000. We were advised on April 5, 1968 by Mr. Jim Parham, the Director of E .o .A., that only $.~~ 0 , 000 would be available for all agency f unding. Thus, if we were to receive 100°/o of all available E.O.A. cash (we are making such a request), we would still be deficient many thousands o f dollars. I am assuming that the City of Atlanta can supplement our E.O.A. grant to some extent. Obviously, some items can be reduced or perhaps eliminated in the attached proposal.
