One of the letters is being sent to persons already on our mailing list and the other letter with the Statement of Principles, Goals, and Commitments is being sent to persons not on our mailing list. I think we will need twelve p e ople to assist us on the day of the meeting. This includes registration desk, sell luncheon tickets, pass out literature, take up tickets, answer telephones, and any last minute problem. I am als o enc losing some names of local business leaders which I have come across. The Mayor may want to extend an invitation to some of them.
