September 30, 1969 Greetings : i The Atlanta Children and Youth Services Council, in its third year as the City's official agency for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, is undertaking a difficult task. During the past year, its functions have been greatly expanded in line with the aim of building sound programs for the youth of today who are our citizens ot tomorrow.
