This is the 52nd area or street in the past eleven months which has undergone transition. Fifty- one have been solved satisfactorily. This is an artificial situation created by unscrupulous real estate dealers and developer who, by panicing the neighborhood, so~ht to gain gre-.t profits from the sale of property.
