By n Ordinance adopted on June 5 , 1967 , certain changes wer mad including the change of the na A question has arisen as to the exact powers of the organtzation as now created . Our que tion is whether or not the Atlanta Children and Youth Services Council , as now organized , ha the power to contract in this fashion . lt hould be emphaaiz d that they propo•e to nt r into the contract in their own name, not aa the City of Atlant .
