The article r e lat e d that the proj e ct w as 12 y e ars old and the elevators are out of order, ther e is g ar b ag e in th e hallway and e x treme valdalism, most of which is done by childr e n who live in th e proj e ct and who are fr o m fatherl e ss famili e s. Ther e w as also r e porte d cans , bottl e s and garbage in th e yards.
