This bill is to eliminate discrimination in public accommodations affecting interstate commerce. Mayor Allen said "I welcome this opportunity to tell the committee of the fine relationship which exists among the citizens of Atlanta and to describe how we have faced our problems and worked out solutions." - 30 - �
