THE MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING 0-Ftt"- - - THE CITY OF GEORGIA A special meeting of the Commiss ioners- of the Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia, was held in the Conference Room of the Authority, 824 Hurt Building, Atlanta, Georgia, at 11:00 A.M. on D0ce111ber 11, 1969.The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, and upon roll call, those present and absent were as follows: Present Absent Mr. Edwin L.
