This will reduce the Federal Capital Grant $218,548, from $5,420,508 to $5,201,960. We will request that the reduction in the Capital Grant be applied to our Thomasville Urban Renewal Area to partially offset the increase in its Capital Grant for the development of the Federal Surplus Land.
