“Ye understand that The Arts Council has presented *he
idea of a permanent performing arts facility in Piedmont
Park.
As director of The Ruth Mitchell Company, I am very pleased
to hear of this possibility. Our group would cert tainly sup-
port this project wholeheartedly, as Atlanta is too large a
city to be limited to just one performing.arts center.
All of our Dance Company members, as well as our Association,
wish to urge you to follow this proposed plan.
