MEMORANDUM
TO : Jack Delius
FROM : Ivan Allen, Jr.
Representative Bill Lee of Clayton County, and an official
of the Southern Railway discussed with me yesterday the
erection of a fence at Pittman Park to prevent people from
crossing the railroad tracks and entering Pittman Park
on the n orth or northeast,
I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter and
be certain that the Parks Committee is fully aware of the
circumstances and determine what action, if any, should be
taken by the Parks Department.
