Dear Mr. Aldredge:
The Aldermanic Parks Committee at its April 11, 1967 meeting
suggested that I write the Fulton County Commissioners advising
them that the City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation
wishes to cooperate in any way possible with Fulton County in
earrying out a park and recreation program. Already, as you
know, we are working under contract in the design of Hammond
Drive Park Site and have been requested by the County Manager
to submit a proposal for the operation of it this coming summer.
