tlons, the Northside Youth Organizatton, Iinc,, sponsors of the
outstanding Buckhead "Red Devi Is" football team of your city.
The Buckhead "Red Devils" and thelr head coach, Mr, Robert
Blackwell, of 4545 Powers Ferry Road, N.W., Atlanta, have been
afflllated with our natlonwide Pop Warner safety-first, academic
footbel! program for -the past ten years.
in each of those ten years their team has always been one
of the top examples of the Pop Warner philosophy of. combining out-
standing football with the scholastic achievement and sportsman=
ship of each and every one of Its boys,
Last year this ee tL outstanding record was capped
with natlonal success when the Buckhead “Red Devils" won the
1966 Pop Warner Scholastic-Football World Champlonship over all
r., Pop Warner teams In their age and welght diviston tn the

Because of this, and because of thelr years of exempliying
the best qualities of Pop Warner Junior League Football, last
September the Buckhead "Red Devils" were Invited to Philadelphia
to play an exhibtlon of Pop Werner football on Franklin Fleld
before 60,000 fans following the Ineugurel game of the Atlanta
“Falcons” in the Natlonal Football League, played against the
Philadelphia "Eagles" ‘
The “Red Devl is" have also placed a youngster on the Pop
Warner “All-America Team of Little Scholars In most of their
years of affillation with the Nattonal Pop Warner preeren. The
most recent “Red Devils" Pop Warner "All-America" Team member was
14-year-old Robert Jameson who was named to the 15th Annual Pop
Warner All-America Team of Little Scholars last June.
In conclusion, we feel certain thet any youth activity the
Northside Youth Organization, the Buckhead "Red Devils” and Mr,
Robert “Bob" Blackwell! would undertake, whether In be football,
some other sport or even some non=sport activity, would have to
be a success.
