Mr. Harold Sheats concerning the public property at
Adamaville. As you know, it is our contention thet
part of this land belongs to the City of Atlanta and
it is our position that you should file on injunction
or do whatever is necessary to stop the sale of this
lend should it be ettempted.
For your generel informetion, the sppreisel dome for
the County end supplied by Mr. Sheats to the under
(it is on file in office should you need it) states
that the estimated best use of this R-5 land is for
institutional purposes «-~- school, park, recreation, church,
