Mayor Walsh, I have retur to Atlanta to view the
progress of your Model Cit'y Program. I find it most
impressive and an outstanding Model City effort in
the United States,
After our splendid visit tp Atlanta in 1967 with
Syracuse is a second round city and we are just now
in the stage of putting our program together. A
complete copy of your program would be tremendously
helpful and I have written Mr. Johnnie Johnson about
this and hope that he will be able to send us one.
Again, I congratulate you and your staff on the
splendid job you are doing in this very complex
program.
