Dear Mayor Allen:
As a white Georgian I should like to protest the street barriers
in Southwest Atlanta, which have been set up as residential buffers.
Since the barriers are being interpreted as a form of racial segre-
gation, I enter a plea as a private citizen that you use your in-
fluence to have them removed.
